THE BREWERY

Founded by the Prince-Bishop of Salzburg in 1666, the family-owned Wieninger brewery keeps alive the traditional way of beer-brewing by using only the finest regional ingredients.

To secure this tradition, the Wieninger family drives environmental protection projects and received numerous awards from the Bavarian state for their initiatives.

THE BEERS

All beers are kept natural and unprocessed, which saves all valuable nutrition in the beer. The water comes from a mountain spring, which is located in a natural protection area and gives the beer its outstanding purity.
