OUR FAMILY HERITIGE
Established in 1589 Aichermühle is the oldest family-owned mill in Europe. At the foothill of the German Alps the family has pursued its vocation as millers for more than 425 years.
OUR SOURCING
To ensure the highest quality we only use wholesome grains harvested from the best Bavarian farms around our mill.
OUR CRAFTSMANSHIP
We have perfected our craftsmanship over 15 generations of millers. Today the mill is headed by Johann Aicher, who was recognized as Germany’s Best Miller of the year.
